To rent a car in Dubai, you’ll need a passport and driving license. For some nationalities, we need an international driving license. If you need to know if we can accept your local driving license, call us at +971 58 595 3029.
The minimum eligible age to rent a car is 23 years old and we cannot make any exceptions.
Yes, that person will be mentioned as an additional driver in the contract.
Yes, we deliver and pick up your car wherever you want and free of charge, except if outside Dubai.
For our luxury/sports cars you have to put super (the blue one).
Your allowed mileage is between 200 to 250km per day, depending on the car.
It's forbidden to smoke inside the cars.
You can pay with your phone if you have a local sim card or in the parking meter. The parking charges vary from 1 to 4 AED in Dubai.
We take 5 000 AED as a security deposit.
We have to take a deposit in case of fines, Salik charges or damage on the vehicle. It can take several days for us to get notified by the RTA in case of fines and Salik.
It's Dubai's electronic toll collection system. We take 5 AED each time you pass a toll gate. In Dubai, even when you take taxis they collect Salik charges from you.
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on the customer's credit card. We do not directly debit the deposit amount. Not every “rent a car company” in Dubai has POS machines to accept pre-authorized payments.
The blocked amount is released within 21 days.
If you are fined, we will pay the fine for you and deduct its amount on your security deposit with us.
We have a limit of 250km/day for all our vehicles. Any extra kilometers will cost 15AED/km.
We take payments in forms of card, transfer and cash.
By renting a car on a monthly, you will get a better daily rent.
It is not mandatory, but you can do it.
Yes, the price will vary depending on the duration of the rental.
In case of an accident or damage, if it is not the fault of the customer (green report), the customer does not have to pay anything.
In case of an accident, do not leave the scene and directly contact the police (999). After that, you can contact us and we will assist you. You will have to get a police report. If the car is damaged you can call us and we will guide you.
If you have any problems with the car, you need to immediately contact us and we will assist you or provide you with a replacement if necessary. We are available 24/7.
